If a nozzle is stuck in the extended position:
- Put the unit in manual cleaning mode (refer to the unit’s manual)
- Gently push the nozzle in and pull it out a few times, making sure the last movement is leaving the nozzle extended out.
- Then select the stop button. This should allow the nozzle to retract back.
These steps may need to be repeated at least a couple of times to get the nozzle back to normal.
If that does not work...
Send hard reset instructions.
If the nozzle will not retract still or it falls out of the unit without any resistance, the unit will need to come in for a repair.
If a nozzle is stuck inside of the unit or is part of the USPA family:
Make sure nothing is blocking the nozzle from extending and that there is skin contact on the seat sensor.
If it is a wireless remote unit, make sure the batteries are good or replaced before use. Please contact Bio Bidet Customer Support directly at (877) 339-5214; Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Central Time for further assistance. Thank you, Bio Bidet Customer Support
