Please reset the black box:
-Close Faucet Handle
-Remove all batteries from black box. Check to be sure all batteries are fully charged.
-Unplug the Data Cable from the connection where it connects to the faucet just above the black box. You will most likely have to unscrew the outer section of this connector to access the plug. (The Data Cable is the slim black wire that comes from the faucet and connects to the black box)
-Let sit for 20 minutes.
-Reconnect the Date Cable being sure the prongs are correctly and completely inserted.
-Replace batteries in black box.
