Why doesn't my remote beep when I set settings for user?
I can't seem to set individual user settings. I never get a beep that indicates my input has been saved. Is there something wrong with my remote?

Thank you for contacting Bio Bidet Customer Support. The beeping will come from the bidet, not the remote. Please make sure you have turned on the sound button on the back side of the remote - lower left hand button.
