If applicable, remove the batteries from the remote control. Close the water shut off valve and disconnect the power cord. Press and hold the half circle drainage button located next to the nozzle door inwards to drain the unit of its water.
Once fully drained, press and hold the release button located on the lower right hand side of the bidet near the power cord until you hear a click. Keep button depressed and pull the bidet forward and up to remove from the mounting hardware.
Give the bidet several firm shakes from side to side to reset all internal sensors.
Press the release button fully and hold in. Return the bidet to the mounting hardware and release the button. Check to see that the bidet is locked on securely.
Allow bidet to sit undisturbed for 30 minutes. Open the water shut off valve, wait 30 seconds and reconnect the power cord. Hold down the STOP button on the side control panel for 5 seconds. Test for functionality. Replace the batteries in the remote and test for full function. If that does not resolve the issue, p lease contact Bio Bidet Customer Support directly at (877) 339-5214; Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Central Time.
