I have very low water flow. How can I fix this?
BB-1000 Supreme
My Bio Bidet BB-1000 has worked fine for several years, but recently the water flow has slowed to a trickle, even on the vortex setting. I have cleaned the nozzle with a toothbrush, but this didn't improve the situation. My model does not have a removable strainer, but the non-removable one appears to be clear. I do have hard water in my area--could there be sediment or something else blocking the flow? Can I use something like CLR on the nozzle? Any other suggestions to resolve this problem?
