How can I send my BioBidet for repair? what information do you need?
(OPEN BOX) USPA 6800
I purchased this product "Bio Bidet USPA 6800 Luxury Bidet Seat" for my parents, and it worked well until last month when heated water stopped functioning. What's the best way to fix the issue without sending it back to manufacture? If we have to it back to fix, what's the address and what information do you need from us? Thanks for your advise.
