I am sorry to hear you are having difficulties on your new Flow Faucet getting no water flow at all.
Here are a few things to check:
Make sure your faucet handle is fully pulled open to the right- either sensor or manual mode.
New batteries in the black control box.
Remove sensor sticker and sensor eye is clean.
Check the black control box dial in both full directions (clockwise or counter clockwise)
If the faucet is in manual mode- this is purely mechanical and should respond no matter what.
