I am sorry to hear you are having difficulties with your BB2000.
Here are a few things to check:
Unplug the bidet from your wall outlet for 30 seconds and retry.
You can also drain your water tank for 30 minutes and retry. The strainer is located on the bidet inlet
If you have checked all these things and are still experiencing difficulties with no water- please contact us further at email@example.com
