I am sorry to hear your BB2000 no longer has heated water.
Here are a couple of things to check first if you have not done so already:
Make sure the bidet in not on Economy Mode
Replace batteries in your wireless remote and retest
Unplug the bidet for 30 seconds, plug back in and retest
If you are still experiencing only cold water, please submit your request for service repairs to firstname.lastname@example.org
