I am very sorry to hear your Slim One has no power at all!
HAving no power to the bidet is not a normal occourance and will need to be repaired by one of our skillled technicians.
Check to make sure the wall outlet is fully functional with another appliance first. If still having problems with getting no power to the unit, please submit your warranty request to firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of your proof of purchase.
