I am sorry to hear your USPA6800 has no water from the nozzle anymore!
We can try a water sensor reset first in case you have not already.
Remove the batteries from the remote control.
Close the water shut off valve and disconnect the power cord. Drain the water tank by removing bidet from mounting plate, turning drain bolt under bidet to open and prying open the bolt to drain.
Once fully drained, press and hold the release button until you hear a click.
Give the bidet several firm shakes from side to side.
Allow bidet to sit undisturbed for 30 minutes. Open the water shut off valve, wait 30 seconds and reconnect the power cord.
Press the Power button on the side control panel for 5 seconds. Test for functionality. Replace the batteries in the remote and test for full function.
