We are sorry to learn you have discovered leaking from your BB-1000 and random water cycles!
Here is a factory reset you can try:
1. Turn off water supply and unplug power cord. 2. Next, you would drain the water tank of the bidet.
Please refer to page 19 of the users manual for reference.
3. Once the water is done draining, give the bidet a good shake from side to side. This will help to reactivate the water sensor in the tank. If the water sensor is compromised some how, it can't properly communicate with the bidet. 4. Install bidet back onto catch plate and leave alone unplugged for 20-30 minutes. This will give the unit time to reset it's motherboard. Turn water back on and plug bidet cord back in. Afterwards, test out cleans functions with remote or manual buttons the on side.
If problems continue, it's likely that the bidet needs to be sent in for service.
