This is telling us that there is an issue with the remote. As long as all the side panel functions are working properly, there is no problem with the bidet itself. Please contact our office at 847-458-2334 Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM CST, or you can email us as well at support@biobidet.zendesk.com, and we'll be more than happy to help you get a replacement remote.
