Hello,
To preform a hard reset unplug your unit for 30 seconds then plug it back in. Once your unit has turned back on hold down the STOP button on your side panel controls for 5 seconds.
Check to make sure that your unit is not in economy mode as this will keep your water/seat temperature at the lowest setting.
