I'm sorry to hear your remote has a loss of functions now after putting in fresh batteries!
You more than likely will need to replace the remote.
Firstly check to make sure that the bidet can operate without the remote by pressing either the Bidet or Cleanse button on the side controls. Verify is these functions are fine. This assures us that the remote is the sole problem and not the bidet.
