I'm sorry to hear your sensor on your Flow Faucet is not operational!
Here are a few things to check first, if still not working please contact us at email@example.com
1. Install fresh batteries on black control box
2. Make sure handle at faucet up top is fully open to the right
3. Make sure the dial on the black control box is fully turned clockwise to disable manual mode. If no change please turn the other way-counter clockwise.
4. Disconnect the data cable for 30 seconds, reconnect, try again.
