I'm sorry to hear you remote is having loss of functions!
You have done everything possible to fix your remote. Testing the bidet functions isolates the remote from the bidet and tells us the bidet itself is fine. The remote will need to be replaced.
Please contact us further at support@biobidet.com so a trouble ticket can be opened. Please include a copy of your Proof of Purchase so we can get you the best possible discount of the replacement remote.
