I'm sorry to hear the sensor on the Flow Faucet does not activate. Here a few things to check first.
|Make sure the handle is in the open position and the sensor is clean and clear of anything（even water）which might block it's vision.Try to wave your hand in front of infrared sensor at a distance of 2.5" (6 cm) and wave straight in one direction with no quick return.|
Check to make sure the nob on the black control box is fully open but not so far it is unscrewing. Check the handle as the faucet is fully open to the right.
