Here is the instructions for replacing the BB-200- seat.
Seat, Damper, Lid Replacement Guide: Bliss series BB-1700 & BB-2000 Tools: Phillips xxxx driver Flat head xxxx driver This is a guide for replacing the seat, damper, or lid for the Bio Bidet Bliss BB-1700 and Bliss BB-2000. BBC Innovation Corporation is not responsible for any damages that result from attempting this repair/replacement at home. If you do not feel comfortable attempting this repair/replacement, please contact us to obtain an RMA and return the bidet to our service center. **Be aware that replacing the seat involves wiring** Before you begin: Unplug the bidet Turn off the water valve and drain the bidet Disconnect the bidet from the water supply and toilet and place on a flat, dry, and well-lit surface Removing the Lid Pull out the right ear on the lid to remove the lid from the housing The lid must be removed in order to change the dampers and seat. Seat Replacement 1. Remove the two screws located on the back of the bidet. 2. You will now be able to remove the housing from the base. Pull them apart slowly and carefully. Please keep in mind that it will not come apart easily and you will have to use some force to separate the housing from the base. Loosening several parts around the housing will make it easier for it to come apart. 3. Once the housing is removed, the electrical components will be revealed.
4. Pictured below is the PCB. There are 3 wires from the seat that are connected to the PCB. 5. Remove the clips from the green, black, and yellow receptacles. **Do not attempt to remove any other wires** 6. Remove the screws from the seat damper and remove the damper.
7. Pull out the red O-Ring 8. Pull out the seat & wiring through the hole in the housing. Repeat the steps in reverse to install your new seat. 9. To replace the lid damper, remove the screws and replace the part.
