I apologize for the extremely delayed response but we still wanted to reply.
Some simple at home repairs can be done, most internal problems will be handled by our repair team.
Our first recommendation would be to unplug your unit for 30 seconds then plug it back in. Hold down the stop button for 6 seconds to perform a factory reset. Has your BB-600 lost its water heating function as well? Is your unit in economy mode?
If your unit is not in economy mode & is still experiencing issues after a factory reset, i would recommend to send your unit in for reapirs. This is an issue that will need to be fixed by our repair team.

Yes, this is somewhat repairable. The seat itself would need replacing.
