I am sorry to hear that your remote stopped working. We would have some troubleshooting steps for you to follow through with to see what exactly is wrong with it, whether it's a problem with the Remote or the Bidet itself.
First, are the batteries changed?
Second, check the side control panel. If that is still working, it is most likely the remote.
Re-Sync the remote ID, only applies if you changed the ID.
For some of our models, the remote sensors are on the side of the remote and on the side of the unit, try holding the remote from the bottom or top and have it near the sides of the bidet.
Failing all those, try doing a factory reset on your bidet, unplugging it from the wall for 15-20 seconds. If all else fails, you most likely need a new remote, unless the side control panel also did not work, and then it is a problem with the bidet.
