We have a few questions to ask before we can confirm what exactly is wrong with your unit. First, check to see if Economy mode is on. On Page 12 in the manual, you can see instructions on exactly what Economy mode is. The economy bulb icon will light up on the remote and the power light on the side will be green instead of red. If your phone is in Economy mode, the heat will not seat up how you would like it.
Second, check the remote batteries. The remote is the only thing on the unit that controls the heat, so that could be the problem. If the problem is still there, it is a seat that needs fixing. We can send out a replacement seat for you, since it is still under warranty, but we will have to ask you to sign a waiver so you can do the repair yourself. It is a relatively easy process, the waiver is to give you permission so you do not break the warranty.
