The first step in troubleshooting is always to do a factory reset. You can do this by pressing the "Stop" button on your unit itself (not the remote) for 5 seconds. This will re-calibrate the internal sensors making it possible for your bidet to communicate with the remote once again. Should the factory reset not work please contact our offices for further help.
